Tris(trimethylsilyl)borate(TMSB CAS No.: 4325-85-3) is mainly used as electrolyte additive for power lithium-ion battery, which can reduce expansion rate of high-temperature storage. TMSB can be used as a Low Temperature Battery Additive, which can reduce internal resistance and improve cycle performance of low-temperature. In addition, it also can act as one of the Rate Capability Enhancing Additives, which can improve charge and discharge rate at room and high-temperature.
