Workshop team leader

Education Requirements: Associate degree or above
1. Ensure production safety.
2. Responsible for managing the work and daily production operations of the team, ensuring that production tasks are completed on schedule.
3. Follow the production process operating procedures.
4. Conduct on-site training for employees on safe production operating procedures.
5. Conduct routine inspections, checks, and maintenance/repair activities in the workshop to ensure that equipment and personnel are kept in a safe, controlled condition.
6. Responsible for safety, environmental protection, and fire‑prevention activities within the scope of this work team; actively participate in and promote the implementation of safety standardization and an integrated management system for quality, environment, and occupational health; and vigorously advance the development of safety‑standardized work teams.
7. Complete other tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
1. Possess at least three years of experience in chemical production.
2. Possesses a strong work ethic and the ability to endure hardship; is familiar with all process flows and operating procedures of the work team; and can adapt to shift work.
3. Possesses a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to communicate effectively with employees.
4. Familiar with the requirements of ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System as they apply to work teams.
5. Able to conscientiously comply with the company’s safety, labor discipline, and other relevant rules and regulations.
6. Candidates with at least five years of experience in this position may be granted some flexibility regarding educational requirements.
