Chairman Fu Renjun delivered a welcome address.

At the signing ceremony, Chairman Fu Renjun delivered a welcome address, noting that over the years, the company has remained deeply committed to the R&D and production of lithium-ion battery electrolyte materials. By staying focused on its core business, continuously increasing R&D investment, and strengthening new‑product development and market expansion, the company has achieved steady, sustained growth in its operating performance. At the same time, it has accelerated its industrial deployment: following the successful establishment of its second lithium‑battery electrolyte production base in Jiaxiang County, Jining City, Shandong Province, in 2018, the company partnered in 2020 with Hengshen Group, a Fortune Global 500 enterprise, to invest in a third production facility, launching a new project in Lianjiang County, Fuzhou, Fujian Province, with an annual capacity of 19,000 tons of lithium‑battery electrolyte additives. This collaboration with Peking University will leverage the university’s cutting‑edge technologies and talent pool to jointly develop and research next‑generation energy‑storage solutions, using technological advancement to drive corporate innovation and scale‑up, thereby building the company’s core competitive edge.
