In accordance with the company’s business development needs and subject to approval by the Changshu Municipal Administrative Approval Bureau, effective March 30, 2021, the name of “Changshu Changji Chemical Co., Ltd.” (hereinafter referred to as the original company) has been changed to “Suzhou Cheerchem Advanced Material Co., Ltd.”
