Applications:
Cheersil 8290 is a phenyl-modified polysiloxane terminated with epoxy groups. It features excellent compatibility with epoxy resins and can be directly incorporated into epoxy systems as an internal additive. It effectively reduces internal stress of the cured system, while remarkably enhancing material toughness, impact resistance and heat resistance. It is widely used in electronic encapsulation, PCB materials, high-performance composites, coatings and adhesives. Furthermore, Cheersil 8290 can also be used to modify polyurethane, polyester, and other resin systems.
