Applications:
Cheersil 8330 series is a mono-dihydroxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane with an active functional group of C-OH structure. It can react with isocyanate groups, carboxyl groups, acid anhydride groups, epoxy groups, etc. in organic polymers. The unique comb-like structure of the polysiloxane pendant chains can impart excellent smoothness and hydrophobicity, as well as good adhesion, durability, weather and chemical resistance. It is widely used in the paint, ink, plastic and rubber industries to improve properties such as water resistance, weather resistance, chemical resistance and flexibility. Cheersil 8330 series can also be used as a mold release agent.
