Applications:
Cheersil 8348 is a bis-hydroxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane that exhibits strong reactivity. It can react with isocyanate groups, carboxyl groups, acid anhydride groups, epoxy groups, and other functional groups in organic polymers to form a three-dimensional structure, thereby increasing the crosslinking density. This makes it widely applicable in the paint, ink, plastic, and rubber industries, enhancing properties such as water resistance, weather resistance, chemical resistance, and abrasion resistance. Additionally, Cheersil 8348 can also be used as a hydrophilic lubricant or mold release agent.
